夏天足部保養 厚繭掰掰 Exfoliating Foot SPA At Home

想要擺脫後腳跟惱人的困擾,可以開始天天在家裡做居家SPA 足浴。透過泡腳,讓足部的厚角質軟化,再擦上保濕的足部乳液,讓足部肌膚可以自行代謝出新生肌膚。



放鬆的把腳放入水中泡 10 分鐘左右。

I’ve been wearing slippers for a while; wearing them is comfortable, but if I don’t take care of the foot moisturize, I would see the cracked heels and hard skin. Summertime is to show off your beautiful pedicure, and foot SPA is the must-do on my list.

I believe everybody has a foot scrubber at home, but if we use it too often, it won’t stop the hard skin from growing. The best way to do that is to soak your foot in a bowl of warm water for 10 mins with essential oils, softening the hard skin.

Foot bath essential oils blend :

Mix the essential oils blend with bath oil, then pour it in a bowl of warm water. Let your foot soaking in warm water for 10 mins.

4.擦上足部保濕乳液,穿上襪子至少 10 分鐘

Foot SPA routine:

1.Foot bath ( every day )

2.Foot scrub ( every week )

3.Dry your foot

4.Treat your foot with a nourishing layer of the foot cream or body cream
