蒜味檸檬煎干貝

新鮮干貝不需要使用過多的調味就能吃到鮮美的味道。

材料:

  • 新鮮干貝      9-10 顆
  • 蒜頭末          6-8 瓣
  • 鹽                 少許
  • 黑胡椒粉      少許
  • 檸檬汁          1/2 顆
  • 香菜末          1/4 cup
  • 白酒              1/4 cup
  • 橄欖油           1 tbsp
  • 奶油               1/2 tbsp

作法:

1.新鮮干貝清洗後擦乾水分,撒上黑胡椒與鹽

2.平底鍋加熱,放入橄欖油,奶油融化之後,放入干貝雙面煎金黃

3.取出煎好的干貝備用

4.加入奶油,檸檬汁,白酒,蒜頭末煮醬汁,再加入香菜末拌勻

5.放入煎好的干貝,讓干貝快速裹上醬汁就能盛盤上菜
